You may request service after logging in from this page and sending an email to Support at Aces4Hire. If you need help from our Support staff to describe your request, please call (866) 321-2237 and one of our staff will discuss your needs and write up the Service Request at an added charge of $25. Once your support request is documented, it will be sent to you by email together with a quote for services, if applicable. You must provide a written or email approval before we begin work.
A service request may include one or more service events. If you submit a service request with multiple events, ACES4HIRE reserves the right to break up that request into the required number of events. You will be notified by email of the proposed changes and must accept or reject the changes before we begin work. If a Service Event has not been satisfied within the first two(2) hours, ACES4Hire will halt work and confer with You on the status and likely costs to you of continuing. It will be your decision as to whether we continue – or not.
There are two basic Fees:
- Per Service Event.......$50 minimum
- Per Hour......................$150 pro rata
This yields a fixed price of $50 for any event that requires less than 30 minutes of staff time to resolve. If a service event cannot be resolved in less than 30 minutes, it is billed at the rate of $150.00 per hour in 15 minute increments with a 2 hour maximum. No billable work will be done above the 2 hour ceiling until we receive a re-authorization from you to continue.
There are two methods of payment: maintaining a prepaid balance with us against which we will draw or by authorizing ACES4HIRE to submit charges directly against a credit card.
